Garden Rooms Harrogate is a free introduction service for homeowners in and around Harrogate who are planning a garden room, studio or annexe. We are not a building firm, and we would rather be clear about how that works.

Your postcode, the room you have in mind and how to reach you.
We find a builder
We look for a garden room builder who works in your area and builds the kind of room you want.
You hear who it is
Normally within one working day. Your details are passed on only if you say yes.
They visit and price it
You receive a fixed price and choose. Any contract or payment is between you and the builder.
What we do not do
- We do not design or build garden rooms, visit gardens or give quotes.
- We do not take any payment from you.
- We do not pass your details to a builder until you tell us you are happy for us to, and then only to the one we have named.
- We do not send marketing.
How we are paid
The builder pays us a fee for each introduction. That is what keeps the service free for you, and it does not change the price you are quoted.
Our prices and guides
Prices on this site are typical ranges drawn from published UK price lists, checked regularly, and labelled as national figures where they are. They are there to help set a budget, not to replace a quote. Planning information is general guidance; North Yorkshire Council, or Leeds City Council for Wetherby, can confirm what applies to a particular house.
